What started as a relatively small event to discuss our recent work on Outcomes, ended up being a large event with fifty people at City Chambers, with key stakeholders from NHS Lothian, City of Edinburgh Council, the Edinburgh HSCP and the Scottish Community Development Centre.
With funding from the EIJB, over the past 6 months, ECHF members have been working together to understand the contribution of their work to improving outcomes for people and communities and in addressing health inequalities. Alongside colleagues from the Edinburgh based organisation “Matter of Focus”(https://www.matter-of-focus.com/about-us/) they have developed a shared theory of change, identified relevant data and evidence and started analysing their data and information to tell the story of the contribution that each organisation makes.
